Not just another developer.

I'm a Flutter developer with 3+ of experience building production systems that run real businesses. My work spans e-commerce storefronts, internal operations tooling, logistics platforms, and healthcare apps — always with an emphasis on maintainable architecture and measurable outcome.

I care deeply about the boring stuff: clean separation of concerns, predictable state management, hardware integrations that actually work in a warehouse, and UI that earns its complexity. Currently leading mobile and cross-platform development for Prime Bazaar TX — a US-based grocery commerce ecosystem.

Three interconnected apps — consumer storefront, staff operations, and management admin — sharing a common domain layer and deployed to four platforms.

Prime Bazaar

Consumer grocery e-commerce — iOS & Android

Customer-facing grocery commerce app for Prime Bazaar TX. Handles product discovery, cart, multi-gateway checkout, real-time inventory, and post-purchase order tracking across iOS and Android.

Challenge

Delivering a responsive, high-performance shopping experience with multiple payment gateways and real-time inventory while keeping architecture clean enough to iterate fast as the business grows.

Solution

Clean Architecture with Riverpod state management, a shared domain layer across all Prime Bazaar apps, lazy-loaded product feeds, and a unified payment abstraction over Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Impact

Serves live customers across iOS and Android with sub-second screen transitions and zero critical crashes tracked in Crashlytics since launch.

Internal store operations — iOS, Android, macOS

Operations-layer app used by store staff for order fulfilment, receipt and product-tag printing, delivery-run logging, scheduled alerts, and geo-location–enforced employee attendance.

Challenge

Hardware-reliable Wi-Fi thermal printing, barcode scanning without device lock-in, and a geo-fence clock-in system that prevents off-site spoofing — all running on macOS, Android, and iOS from a single codebase.

Solution

Platform-agnostic printing abstraction over ESC/POS, native barcode scanner bridge, and a Geolocator + Geofencing stack with server-side validation so attendance records are tamper-proof.

Impact

Eliminated manual tag-printing errors, cut order-packing time significantly, and gave management reliable, auditable attendance records across all shifts.

Web operations dashboard — macOS, Web

Cross-platform web admin panel for the full Prime Bazaar operation — product catalogue, order management, employee management, sales analytics, invoice tracking, and store configuration.

Challenge

Replacing a fragmented mix of spreadsheets and manual processes with a single coherent management surface that non-technical staff could operate confidently across web and macOS.

Solution

Flutter Web + macOS with responsive adaptive layouts, shared business logic from the core domain layer, and role-based access control so staff only see what they need.

Impact

Unified all operational data into one system, reducing management overhead and giving leadership real-time visibility into sales and inventory.

A trucking and logistics management MVP built to explore scalable Flutter engineering patterns — Supabase real-time, MVVM, role-based dashboards, and clean modular architecture.

Challenge

Designing a role-aware system (admin, dispatcher, driver) with real-time assignment updates and a modular codebase maintainable by a small team.

Solution

Supabase for auth, RBAC, and real-time subscriptions; Riverpod-driven MVVM with strict layer separation; feature-first folder structure that scales cleanly as new workflow modules are added.

QR/barcode-based event lead-retrieval app for trade shows and conferences. Scans attendee badges, syncs leads in real time, and exports structured data for sales follow-up.

Challenge

Reliable scan performance in bright exhibition-hall lighting, offline-first local storage with eventual real-time sync when connectivity returns.

Solution

Mobile_scanner for high-speed decode, SQLite local cache with a sync queue, and Firebase Realtime DB for multi-device live sync during events.

Impact

Used at live events to capture and sync hundreds of leads per day with zero data loss during connectivity gaps.

Healthcare appointment platform

Doctor appointment platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. Dual-role flows for patients and doctors — profile management, appointment booking, availability calendars, and notifications — backed by a Laravel REST API.

Challenge

Two distinct user journeys (patient / doctor) sharing a single codebase without coupling, and a booking system that respects real-time doctor availability.

Solution

Role-driven navigation with GoRouter, shared domain models diverging at the presentation layer, and a polling-based availability checker with optimistic UI.

Impact

Delivered end-to-end including architecture, UI, API integration, and multi-role management under a contract timeline.

Engineering philosophy

How I think about software.

Architecture is a product decision

A codebase that's hard to change is a product that's hard to improve. I treat architecture as directly serving business agility — not as an engineering aesthetic.

Operational correctness over surface polish

Attendance records that can't be spoofed, printers that don't silently fail, payment flows that handle edge cases — these matter more than pixel-perfect animations on the happy path.

Shared domain, divergent UI

Across the Prime Bazaar ecosystem I maintain a single domain layer powering three separate apps. Business logic lives once. UI diverges where the platform or user role demands it.

Maintainability is a feature

Code I write today will be read by someone — including future me — under pressure. Naming, structure, and module boundaries are not ceremony; they are compression of context.
